		<description>Some of my cousins had Adventures in Odessy on tape. I still remember when we scared ourselves listening to one of the more suspenseful episodes late at night (I also confess to still scaring really easily.) As for Dr. Dobson, he and I parted ways the day I read an article in the Focus on the Family magazine on preventing teenage pregnancy which never once mentioned how parents should deal with their sons. 

One of my friends showed me something she'd received in the mail with Dobson encouraging people to vote, but emphasizing that he wasn't telling people to support a particular party, which made me laugh. I'm also amused to report that there's a bumpersticker in Colorado Springs that says simply: "Focus on your own damn family."</description>
