I was telling Skylark that <a href="http://young.anabaptistradicals.org/2006/09/08/bible-verse-of-the-day/" rel="nofollow">when I started the "Bible Verse of the Day"</a> section it was rather tongue-in-cheek, attempting to point out that there's a lot of stuff in the Bible that gets passed over, is just plain weird, or gets interpreted through present-day cultural lenses.
