		<description>The band that wrote and performed the song is called "The Secondhand Pants" and I know them from when I lived in Winnipeg.

I prefer the "unofficial" version of this video. 
 
The version above was produced by the MCC Thrift Stores to be used as an advertisement for their stores.  But the band also did their own version, which I think is funnier.
